Ingredients

1 whole CB Chicken, cut in halves • 1 tbsp. salt • 1 tbsp. fresh black pepper • 1 tbsp. lemon pepper

Marinade

2 stalks fresh rosemary, sticks removed • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped • 1/4 cup olive oil • 1 cup orange juice

Preparation

Rub chicken with dry ingredients. Combine all marinade ingredients and blend until smooth.Place chicken in a large ziploc bag and pour liquid marinade over chicken.Allow to sit and marinate for at least 2 hours.

Pre-heat grill on medium heat for 5 – 10 minutes, ensuring that grill is properly oiled to prevent sticking. Grill chicken until desired char is achieved.

Lower heat and let cook for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Cut into desired pieces and serve.
