INGREDIENTS

1 box Bonafide beef burger patty

4 tortilla wraps

¾ CUP Shredded pepper jack cheese

For the salsa

½ cup chopped Tomato

¼ cup chopped Onion

1 tablespoon chopped Cilantro

1 teaspoon chopped Chili or jalapeno pepper

½ teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Lime juice

For the southwest sauce

½ cup Sour cream

½ cup Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Chili powder

1 teaspoon ground Coriander

1 tablespoon ground Cumin

¼ teaspoon Black pepper

1 ½ tablespoon Honey

½ teaspoon salt (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients to make the southwest sauce, set aside
  2. Combine all the ingredients to make the salsa mixing thoroughly
  3. Heat pan or grill to medium-high heat
  4. Add Bonafide Straight Beef burger patty
  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side (or until desired colour and texture is obtained), then remove from heat
  6. Allow the burger to rest for 1-2 minutes then slice in half
  7. In another heated pan add the tortilla wrap
  8. To half the tortilla, add shredded cheese, salsa, burger patty, southwest sauce and more cheese
  9. Fold over the tortilla allowing the cheese to melt and both sides to toast
  10. Finish with more southwest sauce and a sprinkling of fresh cilantro
  11. Slice and enjoy
