Preparation Time 15-25 mins


1 Bonafide beef burger patty

4 slices Caribbean Passion bacon, chopped

1 large Chippenham or Smart egg

1 burger bun

1 slice or ¼ cup shredded, cheese

½ large tomato, sliced

¼ cup diced lettuce

¼ onion, sliced

¼ plantain, sliced

2 tbsp. ketchup

2 tsp mayonnaise

1 tsp olive or vegetable oil


  1. Add 1 tsp oil to pan or skillet
  2. Heat pan or skillet with medium-high flame for 3 minutes, or until desired heat is achieved
  3. Fry the bacon, plantains and whole egg; then set aside
  4. Reduce heat to low flame
  5. Add 1 Bonafide Straight Beef or Spicy Scotch Bonnet burger patty to the pan or skillet
  6. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side (or until desired colour and texture is obtained), then remove from pan or skillet
  7. Place your burger patty on the base bun, then add your condiments and toppings as desired
  8. Serve immediately to enjoy the juicy, tenderness of your burger
