INGREDIENTS

  • 2 quarters Left over baked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 5 leaves Basil
  • ½ cup Pepper jack cheese
  • 20 Wonton skins

STEPS

  1. Season shredded chicken with cumin, coriander, basil and toss with cheese.
  2. Place a small amount in the center of wonton skin.
  3. Spread it out evenly.
  4. Roll from end to end, sealing it with a flour and water paste.
  5. Fry wontons at 320 degrees until golden brown.
