- 2 quarters Left over baked chicken (shredded)
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 5 leaves Basil
- ½ cup Pepper jack cheese
- 20 Wonton skins
- Season shredded chicken with cumin, coriander, basil and toss with cheese.
- Place a small amount in the center of wonton skin.
- Spread it out evenly.
- Roll from end to end, sealing it with a flour and water paste.
- Fry wontons at 320 degrees until golden brown.
