Serves 1-4

1 box Bonafide beef burger patty

4 toasted burger buns

1 roasted red pepper

Prepared Mac n cheese

For the mayo

¼ cup Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons chopped Parsley

2 Garlic cloves shredded



  1. In a bowl combine mayo, garlic and parsley, set aside in the refrigerator
  2. Place red peppers on an open flame and completely char
  3. Once charred place in a sealable container for 5 minutes to steam, remove from the container and wash away all the charred skin.
  4. Remove stem and seeds, slice into strips
  5. Prepare some creamy macaroni and cheese
  6. Heat pan or grill to medium-high heat
  7. Add Bonafide Straight Beef burger patty
  8. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side (or until desired colour and texture is obtained), then remove from heat
  9. Butter a pan and toast the cut side of the burger buns
  10. Spread a layer of garlic parsley mayo on the toasted buns, followed by the burger patty, roasted peppers and mac and cheese
  11. Finish with the top bun, and enjoy



Mac n Cheese Recipe


½ lb macaroni elbow pasta

2 tablespoon salt (for boiling water)

4 tablespoon butter

3 tablespoon flour

3 cups milk

¼ cup onion

1 garlic clove

3 cups cheddar cheese

2 cup mozzarella

½ tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon smoked paprika



  1. Set a pot of water and salt to boil
  2. Add the pasta and cook for 11 minutes
  3. Strain in a colander
  4. Blend the onion, garlic and milk together
  5. Place the pot back on the stove over medium heat and melt the butter
  6. Add the flour to the butter and cook for a minute do not burn
  7. Add the onion/milk mixture to the butter and flour mixture
  8. Bring to boil stirring until it gets thick ad bubbly
  9. As soon as it gets thick add the cheese, salt , paprika and black pepper
  10. Once all the cheeses have melted and the sauce is a creamy consistency add the pasta stir until all the elbows are fully coated
