Bring some water to boil for the noodles
In a wok or frying pan heat 3 tablespoon of sesameoil and stir fry the onions chicken ham and ginger
Once the onions become soft and the ginger fragrant,add garlic and stir.
Next add peanut butter, honey, fishsauce, and soy paste.
Stir to combine and make sure thepeanut butter is dissolved.
Next add the broccoli and carrots andthe remaining soy sauce, continually stir to allow the broccoli and carrots tocook (they should still have a sight crunch at the end).
Add the noodles to the boiling waterand cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes
Once the noodles are cooked and placein the stir-fry and toss everything together making sure the noodles are allcoated with sauce and the chicken ham, broccoli and carrots are distributedevenly.
Add some scallions to garnish and servehot.
