CB Chicken Bites with Muhammara Sauce
Ingredients
1 pack CB Chicken bites
For the Muhammara sauce
3 red bell peppers – roasted, peeled and seeded
2 t. lemon juice
1 T. pomegranate molasses
1 ½ t ground cumin
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup walnuts – raw or toasted
2 oz. ex. Virgin olive oil
Chili flakes to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all the sauce ingredients in a food processor and pulse to a rough chop or until very smooth, either way is delicious.
Deep fry the chicken bites until golden brown and serve with the Muhammara sauce.
