CB Chicken Bites with Muhammara Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack CB Chicken bites

For the Muhammara sauce 

  • 3 red bell peppers – roasted, peeled and seeded
  • 2 t. lemon juice
  • 1 T. pomegranate molasses
  • 1 ½ t ground cumin
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup walnuts – raw or toasted
  • 2 oz. ex. Virgin olive oil
  • Chili flakes to taste
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all the sauce ingredients in a food processor and pulse to a rough chop or until very smooth, either way is delicious. 
  • Deep fry the chicken bites until golden brown and serve with the Muhammara sauce.
