CB Chicken Bites with Muhammara Sauce
- 1 pack CB Chicken bites
For the Muhammara sauce
- 3 red bell peppers – roasted, peeled and seeded
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 1 T. pomegranate molasses
- 1 ½ t ground cumin
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup walnuts – raw or toasted
- 2 oz. ex. Virgin olive oil
- Chili flakes to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Place all the sauce ingredients in a food processor and pulse to a rough chop or until very smooth, either way is delicious.
- Deep fry the chicken bites until golden brown and serve with the Muhammara sauce.
