Caribbean Passion Chorizo & Jerk Sausage Bites with Dijon Herb Mayo
Ingredients
- 1 pack Caribbean Passion Chorizo sausages
- 1 pack Caribbean Passion Chorizo sausages
For the Dijon herb mayo
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 t fresh chives, dill or parsley
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to thoroughly blend.
- Slice the sausages into bite sized pieces.
- Heat a skillet and sear the sausages for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Insert toothpicks into the bites and serve with the Dijon herb mayo.
