BBQ Chicken Quesadillas


  • 1 CB Chicken boneless, skinless thighs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 4 Tortilla wraps
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • butter


  • Season chicken thighs with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  • On low to medium heat, heat oil in a medium sized pan and sauté chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic and add BBQ sauce to heat through.Shred cooked chicken and add to pan with seasoned BBQ sauce.
  • In a clean pan on low heat, grease with just enough butter. Add one tortilla wroa to pan and cover half of the wrap with shredded cheese.
  • Add the BBQ chicken filling to the wrap and top with cheese. Fold the wrap in half and press down until cheese has melted.
  • Flip tortilla and cook on other side until light brown and crispy.
  • Serve with your favourite ranch or blue cheese dip!
