BBQ Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 1 CB Chicken boneless, skinless thighs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
- 4 Tortilla wraps
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- butter
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- On low to medium heat, heat oil in a medium sized pan and sauté chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic and add BBQ sauce to heat through.Shred cooked chicken and add to pan with seasoned BBQ sauce.
- In a clean pan on low heat, grease with just enough butter. Add one tortilla wroa to pan and cover half of the wrap with shredded cheese.
- Add the BBQ chicken filling to the wrap and top with cheese. Fold the wrap in half and press down until cheese has melted.
- Flip tortilla and cook on other side until light brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favourite ranch or blue cheese dip!
