Chicken Ham Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 pack Caribbean Passion chicken ham, diced diced
- 4 garlic cloves shredded
- 2 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 ½ cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup onion, diced
- ½ cup scallion, sliced
- 2 pack ramen noodles (noodles only)
- 5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp fish sauce or vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy paste or dark soy sauce
Instructions
- Bring some water to boil for the noodles
- In a wok or frying pan heat 3 tablespoon of sesameoil and stir fry the onions chicken ham and ginger
- Once the onions become soft and the ginger fragrant,add garlic and stir.
- Next add peanut butter, honey, fishsauce, and soy paste.
- Stir to combine and make sure thepeanut butter is dissolved.
- Next add the broccoli and carrots andthe remaining soy sauce, continually stir to allow the broccoli and carrots tocook (they should still have a sight crunch at the end).
- Add the noodles to the boiling waterand cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes
- Once the noodles are cooked and placein the stir-fry and toss everything together making sure the noodles are allcoated with sauce and the chicken ham, broccoli and carrots are distributedevenly.
- Add some scallions to garnish and servehot.
