Grilled Chicken Tacos

Grilled Chicken

  • 1 pack CB Chicken Boneless Thighs
  • Chipotle peppers (in Adobo Sauce)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp Honey


  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 1/2 cup Red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Red onions
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper (to taste)


  • Tortillas


  • Add Chipotle peppers, escallion, garlic, juice from the fresh limes, cumin, salt, black pepper, a drizzle of honey to mixer and blend. Marinate skinless, boneless chicken thighs with this mix and set aside. When ready to grill chicken, preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat and grill on each side for 5 minutes.
  • Mix mango, black beans, red bell peppers, tomatoes, red onions, garlic, cilantro, fresh lime, salt and black pepper in a bowl for salsa.
  • Assemble the tacos and add cilantro lime cream sauce.
