Guava Glazed Bad Dawg Bites


  • 2 packs Bad Dawg, cut in 1” pieces
  • Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups guava juice
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • ½ cup granulated sugar


  • Very lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over high heat
  • Sauté sausage until browned and crispy around the edges. Remove from pan
  • Add all remaining ingredients and boil until thick enough to coat sausage
  • Reduce to a simmer, add Bad Dawgs and simmer for 7 minutes, stirring frequently
  • Remove and serve
