
Guava Glazed Bad Dawg Bites
Ingredients
- 2 packs Bad Dawg, cut in 1” pieces
- Vegetable oil
- 4 cups guava juice
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- ½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Very lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over high heat
- Sauté sausage until browned and crispy around the edges. Remove from pan
- Add all remaining ingredients and boil until thick enough to coat sausage
- Reduce to a simmer, add Bad Dawgs and simmer for 7 minutes, stirring frequently
- Remove and serve
